11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was round, blue, white, red in color. Appeared to have swinging motion. Observer was driving along in auto. Object was first observed above horizon 60 deg elevation and at time of disappearance 30 deg elevation above horizon. Appeared to be smaller as object moved out. Observer looked at object through binoculars.
