11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a long, oblong, bright orange object. There appeared to be a series of windows or panels tapering towards the end of the object. The light went out and then came back in. It travelled in a NNE direction. It appeared about 20 deg above the horizon and disappeared about 30 deg above the horizon.
