BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers noticed only a light about 12 degrees off the western horizon. The light was intense red, flashing like "pop-pop-pop." On the WHAM the brilliant red light shot out in all directions to about three times the size of the object itself. This object was ball shaped. Observed the object below the clouds through (7X3) binoculars, wide angle type. An a/c flew over after the observation. Observer stated the characteristic explosions of red light were of the same intensity and timing or sequence as other objects observed before.
