11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared as a bright, oval-shaped light. The object moved very rapidly to the East and then returned to its original position and disappeared. The object was 20 deg above the horizon. The night was very cloudy. Second hand report. Possible that two similar objects were observed. No mention of interval of disappearance. Form 164 sent.
