11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a giant red-ball almost like fireworks. It looked transparent. They lingered in the air and then fell to earth. Observer had seen them on several previous occasions. She seems to think that someone is setting off flares from a roof nearby.
