11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared as a saucer shape, with flashing lights on and off in order. Observer stated there was two lights, one was A/O traveling south. Object was observed at 45 deg elevation SE. Disappeared in a straight path 25&30 deg elevation in same direction.
