BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Object was flat and long. White. Object tilted and moved East to West and appeared to be a following aircraft. Children observed object over two days in the same location. It was observed at South, 45 deg angle. Stayed in same location. Object came from East becoming larger then going West going smaller going back to original position where started. Did not disappear. Watched for 3 nights. Conflicting data. Form 164 sent for clarification. Sounds like Venus in SW except for coming from East and following A/C.
