II. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS At the time of sighting, observer was watching an a/c through binoculars when object came insight "lite". North, 50 to 60 deg elevation Object performed a loop then disappeared EX(GXFC). A weather balloon release was made from Hanscom Field (11 miles NW of sighting area) near the time of the sighting.
