11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers spotted a bright orange to a brilliant white object that was hovering in the sky. The object changed color and began pulsing. It moved from the position while the object was being watched in a waver from its stationary position into the area for several hundred feet, stopped for a few seconds and with tremendous burst of speed shut over observers' heads into the southeast.

Lack of essential data precludes a comprehensive evaluation. The photograph lacked definite signature.
