11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Multiple objects, traveling in different directions towards the Northeast. White. First objects were flying in "V" formation, then changing to circular formation. There were clouds above a haze. Bright lights from fair and disappearance of object behind buildings may be the reason observer could not identify objects.
