11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Round, red flashing light. Looked like a revolving wheel. No tail or exhaust. Observer heard a deep whine when object was overhead. When first observed, object was at 45 deg above the horizon to the E. Object reappeared from the east, circled and flew back to NE. Flow out of sight to NE. CD made an informal investigation with Base weather station, local tower and rapoon control.

However, it was later determined that the reported object was not at the reported time and that the helicopter was using an anti-collision light. Rapoon advised that he was working with helibot CHBC covering the time that the alleged UFO appeared.
