11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer reported see three objects. One appeared to be "Mother Ship", maneuvering all over the area for more than 1 hour. Observer reported watching objects with binoculars however description was vague, mostly relating to changing colors of object. Stated he heard a "humming" sound at one time.
