Observers sighted a very bright light which moved west, north, east, and south in a small area. The object flickered and changed colors. It dimmed and reappeared. At times it was about 10 deg above the horizon and rush away. Object was first sighted 90 deg above the horizon and when last seen it was about 10 deg above the horizon.
