Visual observation on NE; Radar returns to NW.

Oblong object green on one end and red on the other white center. Ground observers estimate at 15 or more elevation degrees. Object was stationary for a period of time and then this object side also. Tonopah, Nevada tracked object at 15,000 ft distance 15 to 20 minutes after initial sighting. Object then began to climb. Disappeared by Radar; Air-Visual from F-102; Ground Radar from Tonopah and Minnemans AFS; Ground sightings from Fallon NAS and Minnemans AFS.
