2. LOCATION Urbana, Ohio
10. CONCLUSION UNIDENTIFIED
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Round, solid object, bright but not given off light. Like a white ball. Appeared to be coming down in front of a car driven down the road at high speed (approx 45 mph). Stopped in order to avoid being hit. Object then rose and bounced up to height of car plus one story (approx 20 ft). Object gave off no light 2-3 ft long following behind object. No projections. Captured solid, 3-4 sec in sight. Did not revolve or change color. Size: Low estimate: approx 6 inches in diameter; high mark where it hit road: Just a big white ball of light.
