10. CONCLUSION INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR EVALUATION Degrees of arc through which object passed not reported. 10 seconds is a rather brief sighting. Object reported as low on the horizon, yet flight was from SE to NE.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS White disc-shaped object moving across the sky. Round seemed larger than the commercial planes which usually fly in the area. Object below the clouds. Clouds stationary. Flight from SE to NE. Sky was clear and blue with fluffy white clouds. Observed lives on hill and object was just above the horizon.
