II. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS One object with ring around it. Color green. No features trail exhaust or sound. Initial sighting to North. Disappeared over the horizon. Flight to last reported in sight for one hour. Investigating official regards the most likely came as a star. Direction missing. Flight to last can be explained in azimuth not crossed. Form 16h sent for clarification, not returned. Object is characteristic of an Astro Poly except for the direction relative to flight North.

Possible error in direction Case will be evaluated as an Astro Observation in view of the investigating off cide's report Subject to change if Form 16h is returned by utream.
