10. CONCLUSION Astro (JUPITER) Planet JUPITER at 15 deg elevation 06° deg azimuth. This places that astro body in the approximate position of the object.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Radio operator at Airport sighted object that changed position constantly outlined by steady light in east. Changed shape from elongated to half round and finally moon-shaped. Believed to be 20 miles away at 1,000 ft. Clouds covered object after 23 minutes. Lights was steady. Lost from view 10 minutes later. Air Visual of object in that direction identified as a star 4 minutes after disappearance. Area over which object assumed to be by ground observer is a swamp.
