Sighting characteristic of an Astro Body report, CAFELIA in the position of the object.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Bright moonlight night. Object as bright as the brightest star for 3/4 of duration and then got dimmer. Flashed and flickered Erratic motion. Flight generally to the SE and rising in elevation. Initial report at 45 deg elevation climbing to 60 deg elevation in NE at time of report. Color red and green. Disappeared by going into or behind a black curtain. Glare of color made it difficult to tell shape of object. CAFELIA at 20 deg elevation 45 deg azimuth moving to 35 deg elevation 55 deg azimuth during the observation. Reported two objects during telephone conversation first object conformed with Satellite passage of ECHO II at 2240 Local.
