Believed witness to crash of A/C into lake Michigan.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object size of two helos put together. Light bright enough to prevent shape of object from being observed. Had red, green and white lights like an a/c at initial sighting. Lights turned to bright red with the left side having more red. Feature sticking up on right side observed as object came nearer. This thing was about 15 ft high. Sound like halo heard. Observed to North at about the same height as a tall building 15 blocks away. Witness went inside house because the object scared her. Observed for 4 minutes. Witness included two turns toward Lake Michigan. Witness 24 yr old woman.
