ALFAIR at 60 deg elevation, 215 deg azimuth. VEGA at 60 deg elevation, 230 deg azimuth are the three brightest Astro Bodies overhead.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Bright blinking object very high in sky. Looked like a star only bigger than a star. Bright red color. Described only as a blinking stationary light. Witnesses could not give azimuth; object reported as "high" overhead.... VEGA most likely of the three major Astro Bodies above 30 deg elevation.
