Heard A/C sound T-38 and saw object slightly behind and above A/C, A/C estimated at 1,000 ft. Ran into house to get camera and returned. T-38 was gone but object was visible moving and changing altitude/height. Initial observation contact took moving to 60 deg elevation. Flight to NW. Clouds moving in area. Sun still out.
Received Lansdell's report relating to T-38. No reports from ops at this time. Estimation of duration probably in error, Would take longer to get camera and take picture and for ops T-38 to disappear.
