10. CONCLUSION Astro (VENUS) Planet VENUS setting at time of disappearance. Object has characteristics of an astronomical report.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Multi colored light, red, orange and black like a kite. Had a yellow light on object. Appeared like a bat at times. Remained in the same place and at times appeared to climb. Observed at 1630 local and was gone after return from reporting object at 21:0. Appeared to move South. Observed for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
