11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS White to green object larger than a star but with the appearance of a star in flight to his south. Red exhaust with zig-zag pattern, faded slowly.
COMMENTS: Appearance more consistent with Satellite than o/c. Duration for both o/c and satellite rather long; however satellite duration usually exceeds time of o/c sighting. No DEKO or FORMOS passes visible at the reported time of observation. Possible that one of the more than 10 satellites visible was over Kansas City to show this. Reported as flickering lighting.
