11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS A/C (707) in flight from Kansas City to West. 12-15 objects picked up on 50 mile scope in formation at high speed. Flying toward the A/C. Changed to 20 mile scope and objects were still approaching in formation. Passed objects but did not observe visually. Strong inversion in area.
