11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS [HW:] Observed through binoculars, 2nd object moved to the North-East disappearing behind clouds in shooting clouds. [HW:] Before and after sighting but visibility clear (6 and in km at time of sighting). CONCLUSIONS: [HW:] 2nd object evaluated as a member of the fireball class. Moon at 9h AM in process of setting on the Northern horizon. Elevation reported questioned. Astronomical event at about 30 deg elevation not reported as bright enough to be reported as 50 times as bright as planets.
