11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Four white lights and one red light moving at same speed. No noise. White lights were same size and color of stars. All lights were of the 1st magnitudes or brighter. Passed through 45 deg arc in 15 seconds. Sighting at 60 deg elevation.
