11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Witness observed flash of light at 30 deg elevation in North. No source. Two objects in trail about 5 minutes apart. Object bright and dimmed six or seven times. Disappeared at 4-5 deg elevation 130 deg washout. Observed following ZOPO message two times earlier. Inward and up, 3,000-6,000 ft.
