At time of observation, ECHO I was at 55 deg elevation, at 22n moving SW or SE city. Evaluated as UFO I.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observed by three different people about the same time and was described as a white light moving in a straight pattern from SW to SE, at 45 deg elevation. Disappeared as a light going out.
