10. CONCLUSION Possibly Astro (REFLECTED MOONLIGHT) Moon in position of reported lights. Fog in area. Initial impression was that light was moonlight.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Two youths 11 and 13 observed object between 4 and 5 AM on the morning of 13 July. Initial impression was moonlight. 2d boy said it moved. Moved in different directions. Observed for about one hour. Whitish, metallic sheen. Seemed to be four of the lights. Foggy night. Lights hovered over the nearby houses. Found at about 4 AM by parents' parents'. Object drifting South. Located in West. Moon at 19,0th Right Ascension, placing it in the SW 10 deg-elevation, 230 deg azimuth. Full moon on 13 July at 17:00 Form 164 sent but not returned Evaluation based on limited data Possible reevaluation if additional data is presented.
