11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Two objects about 130 ft long cylindrical shape dull metallic color dense smoke trail black. Objects flying low on horizon in SE direction with nose up altitude flight horizontally at high rate of speed. Objects turned West and rose straight up disappearing from sight in puff of smoke 1st object sighted at 09/05152 second object at 09/07002.

COMMENTS: Called Vandenberg Operation Intel Section No Missile launches by Air Force on West Coast for 8,9,10 July Possible Navy Launch from Port Nigus or Submarine (Polaris Type) Location report by Lat and Longitude In error Report submitted to Navy as Action and AF as Information No further check made at this time.
