11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observing passage of EXHO I when object appeared in the West that looked like a shooting star. Had flashing light blinking on and off. Object moved in orbit across the sky passing EXHO as it crossed the zenith. Complete flight took less than one minute, DEFINITELY NOT an N/C Same size as a star.
