At 0136 ECHO I was over city during time of sighting from North heading SE.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was moving from NW and then went toward North. It made a sharp turn toward East and disappeared behind buildings on horizon. Object moved in a "Jerky" manner at a high altitude. Object brighter than stars. No sound, and color as a white light.
