11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object like a star moving to the right and left in a NE direction. Observed below the base of the big dipper.
COMMENTS: Object was NOT Echo I or II, or Pegasus I or II. Description of sighting is in accord with a Satellite observation. Possible that this object is one of the other visible Satellites such as Centaur 2, Saturn 9 or Tyros 9 all of which are as bright or brighter than ECHO I.
