Description of sighting similar to balloon with package bursting. Antennas could be radar reflector.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object assumed to be Satellite observed in Northwestern sky. Blew up into little bits of silver, which slowly floated down. Object was round and silver with three small antennas.
