Sgt Moody made a field trip to Chicago and made contact with the witness. Witness said that the lateral movement was slight. Info received did not conflict with the evaluation.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted the object on clear nights over a 30-day period. The object appeared as an orange flickering light. The object was stationary and faded away as a dimming light. Object in question disappeared and reappeared. It was sighted in the West about 45 deg above the horizon.
