11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Witness reported object as an apparent falling meteorite. Looked like a halo with windows having a bright light. As object moved Northward red and green colors were apparent. The red and greens dissipated like a meteor. WX clear with possibility of high Cirrus, because the Stars were not bright.
