10. CONCLUSION Satellite (ECHO I, ECHO II, PEGASUS) Objects has all characteristics of a Satellite observation. ECHO I at 2:45 was heading SE. ECHO II at 2:20 was heading SE.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object seemed to hover and zig-zag while going across the sky. Objects seemed to go in front of and behind the stars. They seemed to appear like moving Satellites.
