11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Wall of light hovering over the west coast of Point Ader. Brief Coast Guard Division at an altitude of 2,00 ft. Hovered in one spot and moved back again. Then departed at a great rate of speed in SW direction.
CONCLUSIONS: No IPR traffic reported for this location or scheduled in the area at the time. State Police had no information in relation to this report. No unusual activity on radar. Likely some military N/C, known US and unidentified Airforce to East of Point Ader River. Sighting consistent with aircraft observation.
