BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Bluish object round on bottom, Accompanied by faint humming sound, At dusk, Flight West to East, Speed slow (100-200 mph). 2a Purple grey object observed for 30-45 seconds, Made in center of sound, Appeared as a light in the sky, Climbing to East at high rate of speed and was indicated an object observed for four minutes climbing to East and observed by persons in Tallahassee, Jacksonville and Eastern Airlines Pilots over Atlantic Observation at Jacksonville not at the same time Letter to Eastern Airlines reply indicated no such flight.
COMMENTS: Initial data incorrect Duration brief and description indicates object in level flight not rising Regarded as unreliable (hax) by investigating officials however the description duration etc indicates a possible motor observation
