11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was observed 35 minutes after sunset, full moon, 10 degrees above horizon. Bright moving object sighted bearing 300 deg alt 22 deg Object passed overhead from port to starboard reaching a maximum altitude of 80 deg to South Object faded 04 deg above horizon bearing 128 deg.

COMMENT: ECHO I over Indian Ocean, ECHO II at 141 deg east of equator No ECHO I or II Satellite was 55 deg to West of Ship Object had all characteristics of a satellite.
