11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Bright light in sky at 320 deg true. Observed from Coast Guard Cutter USS Matagorda. Object at height elevation (25 degrees), no estimate on speed and altitude.

COMMENTS: Satellite ruled out since ECH I and II were over Southern Hemisphere at time of sighting. Unlikely that an astronomical body would be misreported by officials from this ship. Duration notion of object and other essentials omitted. Case regarded as insufficient data.
