11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer was driving along in the same direction as the object. He stopped his car, got out and watched it for 1 1/2 minutes. No sound. 500-600 ft high. Object moving in the direction of the wind. Was either black or very dark shade green.
