11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Two objects, one orange, one black, side by side. Object on right looked as though it was burning. Had tail of flame. Orange object appeared to break away from black object. Flight was straight. Sight lost due to trees.

COMMENTS: Sighting resembles observation of Decay. Cosmos 50 broke up into many pieces on 5 Nov. Many fragments burned in during this period. 1964, 70F, 70L, 70R, 70AF, 70AH, 70AM, 70BM, [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE, Color and direction of flight to South and East in accord with Decay evaluation.
