11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Photos taken of object. Report of visual observation stated stat the speed of the object was about 90 mph. Object to the West at about 30 degrees elevation. Two marked inversions at the time. SEE CASE FILE.

CONCLUSIONS: Photo analysis failed to reveal nature of the object as there was no visible image of an identifiable nature. Request for additional data not supplied as requested. Case regarded as insufficient for evaluation on the visual observation and the photo evaluation of the print regarded as a film flaw, duplicating flaw, or chip in the emulsion.
