[ILLEGIBLE] HIGH INTENSITY LIGHT RISING FROM GROUND LIGHT WAS VISIBLE FOR ABOUT 25 SECONDS SHORTLY AFTER LIGHT FROM THE AIR SHINING ON THE GROUND APPEARED LIGHT APPEARED TO BE ABOUT A MILLION LUMENS PER SQ INCH FOR ABOUT 15 SECONDS ALSO REPORTED THAT OBJECT WAS AT LEAST AS BIG AS A KC-97 REPORTED THAT OBJECT WAS THEN THE AIRLIGHTS WERE PUT DOWN AND LANDED THOUGHT A JET A/C MADE A PASS AT 500 FT ABOUT THIS TIME 45 MINUTES AFTER THE OBJECT ROSE FROM THE GROUND.
NOTES: See case file Conclusion was that the lights were misinterpretation of ground lights from unknown source such as air lights Also believed that a/c involved
