11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object shaped like a saucer with medium glow, no color reported. No sound. No other features noted. Glow as object passed a/c attracted pilots attention. Flight of object level from SD to NW. Few seconds observation only. Considered to be a WK balloon by reporting officials.

COMMENTS: Not stated whether object was above or below a/c. Also no estimation as to size etc. Could have been a balloon as a/c passed but direct of a/c omitted. There is insufficient data for an evaluation.
