11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object with erratic movements thought to be gaseous vapors, as bright as a street light. Erratic movements, changes on brightness, flashing and flickering, disappearing and reappearing white and yellow at edges. Moved behind trees. Observed from moving car. Object initially low on horizon in East. Climbed to estimated 45 deg elevation. Second object appeared at 0350, flares appeared at 0407 egg shaped object moved to bottom and a larger object appeared to be forming on North side.
COMMENTS: VENUS in East rising. Main object reported evaluated as Venus. Associated objects attributed to imagination of the witness or distortions due to atmospheric conditions.
