10. CONCLUSION Astronomical (ARCTURUS) Arcturus in area of reported object, 290 deg azimuth. Case evaluated as the star Arcturus.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object with same intensity as stars in Big dipper. Changed color on upper portion to blue/red/yellow. Stationary except for motion in elliptical path to North. Located in West below 35 deg elevation. Also observed about three weeks previously.
