11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object with same intensity as stars in Big dipper. Changed color on upper portion to blue/red/yellow. Stationary except for motion in elliptical path to North. Located in West below 35 deg elevation. Also observed about three weeks previously.
