11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Star moving; seemed sky to be [ILLEGIBLE] brighter than other stars. [ILLEGIBLE] as if pressed into Milky Way. Object for 10 seconds, moved further on 16-second period.
CONCLUSION: ZRO I passed over the area of observation at 23:16 EST to the South at 68 deg elevation heading N. Possible motions attributed to illumination/atmospheric conditions. Case evaluated as ZRO I.
